Tired of the treadmill? Take a stab at fencing.
Fencing is a lifetime sport - many athletes compete into their 60s and 70s and many more continue recreationally. Apart from being incredibly fun, fencing is great for balance, coordination, and physical & mental fitness.
This class is designed for adults with limited to no fencing experience. Fencing basics, including etiquette, bladework, footwork, and strategy will be covered.
What to Bring / Wear:
Athletic Shoes (no flip-flops, sandals, or boots)
Athletic Clothes (no jeans)
Water Bottle
